If you watched College GameDay on Saturday morning, you saw a Gene Wojociehowski piece on the rise of Baylor athletics in comparison with Oregon’s rise a decade ago. Like the Ducks, Baylor scores a lot of points. And like the Ducks, Baylor does it wearing lots of different uniform combinations.
Wojochiehowski quotes Baylor equipment manager Jeff Barlow saying the Bears could wear a different uniform combination every game for five years in a row.
But our math says it actually goes much further than that. With five different helmets – white, green, black, gold and GOLD – green, white and black jerseys to go with green, white, gold and black pants plus two different types of cleats, our math has the actual number at 150 different uniform combinations.
