Butch Jones is keeping track of the detail oriented assistants

When you follow a head coach to a new job, as a new staff you've got to pay attention to all of the new details, both big and small. Part of that is doing things like memorizing the names of a lot of fresh faces, including your players.

As Tennessee offensive coordinator Mike Bajakian explains, that's especially important when you preach a family environment.

While coach Bajakian brings up a great point, it's also important to point out that Butch Jones is keeping track of which coaches are paying attention to details like that. That shows what's important to hiim, and creating a family environment is high on that list.
