Noting that it wasn't strictly the success that made him fall in love with coaching at the college level, Jim Mora explained to reporters after practice today what has grown on him as a first year head coach at the college level.
"It's just been great. They need you a little bit more than pro guys do, and I guess that's what's rewarding."
Mora then explains how college coaching was different than what he came into the job expecting.
"I don't know what I expected, I guess. But it's fun."
"I guess it's just being around these kids that just have this amazing enthusiasm for what they do...for the game. And they do it, not for money, they're doing it because it give them a chance at an education
