Mack Brown considers this job the toughest in the country

Back in January of 2011, Mack Brown hired Bryan Harsin away from Boise State to serve as the co-offensive coordinator for the Longhorns, a job that he considers to be the toughest in the country.

In this clip hear from players and defensive coordinator Manny Diaz about what Harsin brings to the table, as well as some thoughts from Harsin himself on his coaching philosophy.

"He knows that being the play caller around here is a tough job, and it's a job that's going to get criticized." Brown explains. "There's probably more critique of that job than any in country. That's the challenge that he wanted when he came here and he's really excited about it moving forward."

Tomorrow night Texas and Oklahoma State face each other at 7:50pm ET on FOX.
