Video: Mic'd up at Cincinnati with Eddie Gran

When it comes to running backs coaches, you'd be hard pressed to find many guys more successful than Cincinnati's Eddie Gran.

Gran, who left his post as Florida State's associate head coach and running backs coach to become the offensive coordinator and running backs coach for the Bearcats, previously coached under Tommy Tuberville at Auburn and Ole Miss for 14 seasons, sending eight different running backs to the NFL.

Gran has played a huge role in the development of guys like Carnell Williams, Ronnie Brown, Brandon Jacobs, Kenny Irons, and Deuce McCallister.

"With his resume, and the guys that he's put in the league, all I have to do is just do what he tells me to do and follow his footsteps and he's going to lead me right to success." one running back said after a recent practice.

Take a look at coach Gran mic'd up during Cinci's second spring practice below. It's easy to see why he's been successful and why he's highly regarded in the coaching profession.
