Video: 4th quarter highlights demonstrate results of off season program

At Michigan State, the off season program is known as the 4th quarter program in order to remind players that the grueling workouts in the winter months are to prepare their bodies and minds for the grind of the 4th quarter during the season.

That may be an abstract comparison to some players, so the video staff came up with this clip, meshing off season workout clips with how it payed off on the field during the 2013 season, in an effort to make the connection a little more concrete.

Brilliant idea, and very well put together. Players and strength coaches will love this.
