Ohio State coaches motivate their players

Sources tell us that last night, prior to Luke Fickell's first game as head coach, that some of the other coaches arranged a special "players only" viewing of the video below. Players reportedly left the room "ready for war" against Akron.

We're pretty sure Fickell won't be sporting a sweater vest.
