Reporter loses job by wearing Florida hat to Petrino's presser
A reporter for Hog Sports Radio has lost her job after wearing a University of Florida hat to Bobby Petrino's post-practice media session on Saturday.
The reporter, a UF graduate, has tweeted today, “Was hoping to publicly apologize to coach Petrino and UA fans on the show today, but I won't get that chance now ... I've been fired.”
She also said on the radio this afternoon that she was very surprised.
