Coaches past and present made their way to Lincoln to honor Tom Osborne at a "Night of Legends" banquet to commemorate his coaching and administrative career recently.
Barry Switzer, Bob Stoops, Barry Alvarez, as well as a handful of former Husker players weigh in during this clip on the legacy that Osborne leaves at Nebraska and how his coaching style affected everyone from his assistant coaches to players that came long after he had stepped away from the sideline.
Osborne's last game on the sidelines came in 1998 during the Orange Bowl (a 42-17 win over #3 Tennessee), following a perfect regular season record of 12-0. Back in September of last year Osborne announced that he would officially retire on January 1st of this year. While his time at Nebraska may be done on paper, his legacy as a legendary coach and administrator will live on forever.
