Video: Here's a nice video touting the tradition of a D-III program
In the American sporting consciousness, Williamsport, Pennsylvania is placed on the map by most as the annual home of the Little League World Series. That's a great tradition, no doubt, but it's not the only one the central Pennsylvania town of 30,000 boasts.
Touting "three generations of success", Lycoming College has won 15 Middle Atlantic Conference (mini-MACtion, anyone) championships and put 63 players on All-MAC teams. The Warriors went 7-3 in 2013 and have gone 23-7 over the past three seasons, with a 21-5 mark in MAC play.
And most importantly, the school states that 98 percent of graduating seniors have moved on to graduate school or the working world within six months of walking the stage.
Head coach Mike Clark and his staff have managed to sell their program through one of the best recruiting videos we've seen at the Division III level.
