Video: Jerry Kill's emotional speech after beating Northwestern

After a battling through health issues over the past few weeks, Jerry Kill was finally able to watch his Golden Gopher staff and players get a big win over Northwestern on Saturday from the friendly confines of a press box in Evanston.

The win over a the Wildcats, a team that ranked in the top 15 in the country just two weeks ago, marked the first conference victory for Minnesota, and the video below shows Kill's pride in what they've been able to accomplish at just over the midway mark in their season.

While Tracy Claeys has done a great job filling in for coach Kill, I'm sure that I speak for coaches everywhere when I say that we all hope to see Kill healthy and back on the sidelines as soon as he is able.

Sitting at 5-2 and 1-2 in Big Ten play, the Gophers wrap up the regular season (and will look to get bowl eligible) with remaining games against Nebraska, at Indiana, at home against Penn State and Wisconsin, and then the season finale on the road at Michigan State.
