With the Patriots in town to play a preseason game against the Lions on Thursday night, Tom Brady swung out to Ann Arbor to speak to the current Wolverines. We haven't polled the locker room, but we'd be willing to bet there's not a single person on the planet that draw the full attention of all 250-or-so eye balls on that roster than this former Wolverine quaterback.
Now 14 seasons removed from the maize and blue, and after two NFL MVPs, two Super Bowl MVPs, three Super Bowl wins, winning Male Athlete of the Year from three different national news outlets, multiple NFL records and a spot on the NFL's All-Decade Team, Brady says that the greatest honor he's ever received as a football player is being named a two-time captain at Michigan. The guy clearly loves to play football, and clearly loves his school.
