The hire of John Fox in Chicago three seasons ago brought new hope to many Bears fans, but after a 14-34 record, it appears the Bears are moving on.
Adam Schefter and Ian Rapoport broke the news this morning that the Bears have decided to move on from Fox.

There has been significant chatter on who would lead the search for the next head coach in Chicago, and Rap adds that GM Ryan Pace will lead the search, and also provides some insight into what the organization will be looking for.
The Bears finished 6-10, 3-13, and 5-11 in Fox's three seasons leading the team, which ended up being last place in the NFC North each season. Overall, Fox was 14-34 in the Windy City.
The Bears lost their season finale 27-10 to the Vikings last night.
As for where the Bears go from here, there is lots of chatter about the young talent base that the team has, especially on offense. Albert Breer tweets that names expected to come up in Chicago's search are offensive guys like Pat Shurmur (Vikings), Josh McDaniels (Patriots), and John DeFilippo (Eagles).
