Last season Florida State beat three in state schools in South Florida (34-14), Miami (29-24), and Florida (27-2).
That leaves three other FBS schools in The Sunshine State that the Seminoles did not play (Central Florida, Florida International, and Florida Atlantic).
Apparently, the fact that they only played half of the schools in the state was enough to justify Florida State making "State Champs" rings for the team. Keep in mind, this is a program that won the national title just a few years ago in 2013.
The ring also points out the team's trip to the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl - a game they lost to Houston 24-38.
Judging from the reaction on Twitter, there's some mixed feelings out there on these...most of which are not impressed.
