The Being Bret Bielema series is coming to ESPNU (Featured)

Back in February, the Being Bret Beilema series aired with the help of Bo Mattingly and his production company. The series was composed of five episodes which all ran under 10 minutes long.

According to YouTube viewership numbers, Episode 1 had the largest viewership in the series with over 68,000 views. Episode 2 had just over 32,000, Episode 4 had 39,000, and Episode 4 eclipsed the 40,000 mark. The numbers for Episode 5 aren't immediately available.

Well, according to news that came out today, the series drew enough viewers to warrant a move to cable and Being Bret Bielema is coming to ESPNU, starting with four episodes next week.

“We’ve been able to capture coach Bielema’s life up close in a very real and personal way. From his kitchen to taxis and flying around the country, this is an unprecedented behind-the scenes-peek at what it looks like to be Bret Bielema," Bo Mattingly explained in an official release.

The new ESPNU series will premier on August 10th and air each Wednesday during August at 9pm EST. Instead of the ten minute episodes that were released on YouTube, the new episodes will run for 30 minutes each according to Awful Announcing.
