Bruce Arians's plan for handling quarterbacks makes all sorts of sense (Featured)

Bruce Arians is the head coach of the NFC West-leading Arizona Cardinals. In his third season with the club, Arians has improved the Cardinals year after year, from 5-11 under Ken Whisenhunt the year prior to his arrival, to 10-6 in 2013, to 11-5 and a playoff appearance in 2014, to 6-2 and a two-game head start on a divisional title here in 2015.

Combined with his 9-3 stint as an interim coach with the Indianapolis Colts in 2012, Arians is 27-13 as an NFL head coach, which has to be among the top active winning percentages in the league.

Beyond that, though, the man knows a thing or two about game-planning and quarterbacks.

Check out below how he incorporates his signal callers into his game-planning, and then adopt his methodology immediately if you aren't already doing this.
