The Panthers have dismissed head coach Frank Reich.
The decision comes after they dropped a 17-10 decision to the Titans yesterday.
Reich was in his first season leading the team, and was off to a 1-10 start on the year.
Special teams coordinator Chris Tabor is stepping in as the interim heaqd coach and senior assistant Jim Caldwell is moving into a special advisor role working with the offense.
Also, offensive coordinator Thomas Brown will assume the play calling duties.
Two weeks ago, after handing play calling responsibilities to Brown for a three-week period, Reich took them back. In those two games, the Panthers had back-to-back games where they scored just 10 points in each contest.
Reich previously led the Indianapolis Colts to a 40-33 record through four seasons and some change before being fired eight games into the 2022 season.
The organization had targeted Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson for the opening last year before he ultimately decided to stay put in Detroit with Dan Campbell.
