After an 8-4 season that marks their lowest win total in over a decade, Dabo Swinney has begun to make some staff changes.
On the offensive side of the ball, offensive line coach Thomas Austin will not return.
Austin took over the offensive line role in February of 2022. He worked alongside Robbie Caldwell in 2021 as an analyst and was elevated to interim tight ends coach following some staff changes for their bowl game.
He previously worked as the offensive line coach at Georgia State, and played offensive line at Clemson, playing in a total of over 2,500 snaps in his career.
Defensively, defensive ends coach Lemanski Hall also will not return.
Hall took over as defensive ends coach in 2018, and is a former finalist for the FootballScoop Defensive Line coach of the Year in 2020.
Prior to being elevated to defensive ends, he served as a defensive analyst for two seasons.
Hall and Dabo were both part of the 1992 national title team at Alabama.
