Dan Enos reportedly lands new job in the SEC (Dan Enos)

Dan Enos was let go after a 7-3 loss to Mississippi State that was the latest loss of a 2-6 start calling the offense at Arkansas under Sam Pittman this past fall, and now is reportedly set to land a new job within the SEC.

Enos is joining the staff of Billy Napier at Florida, according to a report from 247.

In Gainesville, Enos will focus on scouting and head coach projects, the report adds.

A veteran offensive coordinator, Enos has been coaching college football since the early 90's with coordinator stops at Northern Michigan (D-II), Missouri State, North Dakota State, Arkansas (twice), Miami, and Maryland.

He spent five seasons as the head coach at Central Michigan, where he went 26-36 from 2010-2014, leading the Chippewas to two bowl games during his tenure in Mount Pleasant.

He joins Billy Napier's staff in Gainesville during a critical year three for the Gators, as they're coming off a 5-7 season. Overall, Napier is 11-14 with one bowl appearance following a very successful 40-12 run at Louisiana where he helped build one of the premier Group of Five programs in college football.
