UNC Pembroke (D-II): UNC Pembroke is seeking a Director of Football Operations (DFO). This is a 10-month stipend position and is commensurate based on experience and qualifications. It will have the potential to transition into a full-time position including benefits pending employee qualification and performance during the year. This position will work under the direct supervision of the Head Football Coach. The DFO will ensure an efficient environment for day-to-day operations of the UNCP Football office, support the work of the Football Coaches, and tend to any management or logistical tasks that are required for program effectiveness. The DFO will be required to coordinate, supervise, manage, assist, plan, and/or organize subsidiary areas of the football program including, but not limited to: travel, academics, equipment, recruiting, event/activity scheduling, summer camps, budget/administrative processes, fundraising, compliance, support staff personnel, outside vendors/relationships, and any other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach. This position will also serve as a liaison to the academic & athletic departments, as well as other on-campus departments of the University. Emphasized areas of proficiency include: Office Administration, Reception/Customer Service, Financial Management, and Assistance to all related divisions of the football program. A Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution is required. It is recommended that applicants have experience in College Football and/or Athletics, or the equivalent/related experiences in Sports Management or Business field.
