Sam Houston State: SHSU is looking for a football operations coordinator. Bachelors degree in Business, Athletic Adminstration, or related field required. Primary responsibilities include; Manages the budget for the football program. Manages and tracks recruiting efforts and maintains recruiting records for National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) compliance. Manages recruiting of high school and junior college official visits. Develops and implements recruiting programs. Plans and executes on-campus recruiting events to include arranging on-campus meals, housing and transportation. Manages all aspects of team travel to include scheduling of hotels, busses, equipment trucks, and meals. Ensures travel arrangements are optimally structured to provide efficient team management, while conforming to University and NCAA guidelines. Reviews all bills related to football functions and submits them to the Athletic Finance office for payment. Oversees the process of fundraising, promotions, and events.
