Tim Lester was one of the more notable names still available as NFL and college staffs around the country began to fill up.
You can now scratch his name off that list, as he's found a landing spot in the NFL.
Lester has been hired by the Green Bay Packers in a senior analyst role, according to multiple reports.
In Green Bay, Lester will work under Matt LaFleur and the two have an interesting history together.
Lester was the starting quarterback at Western Michigan back in the late-90's and his backup was none other than Matt LaFleur.
After six seasons leading his alma mater, Lester had a 37-32 record, and took the Broncos to three bowl games. He and his staff put together some of the MAC's top recruiting classes the past few years before the university decided to part ways with him following a 5-7 campaign.
This will mark Lester's first stop in the NFL following FBS stops at Purdue and Syracuse.
