East Texas Baptist head coach Scotty Walden sprung his team's new black uniforms on them last night by doing his best Coach Taylor impression. Walden ripped into his team for a lack of leadership, the lights "unexpectedly" go out and... pandemonium.
The uniforms themselves are great.
The tiger stripes on the sleeves are a nice touch, and the helmet -- with a decal based on the mythical de Zavala Flag during the Republic of Texas days of the mid-19th century -- will be a hit in uni-phile circles.
