Newberry (FL): Newberry high school in north central Florida, just outside of Gainesville Florida has an opening for a defense coordinator. Applicants must have experience in both coordinating the defense, game planning and making adjustments in game as well as teaching technology and or business classes. Marengo (AL): Head coach Eberne Bernard Myrthil accepted the head coaching position at Monroe County (AL) Tuesday...and then backed out Wednesday we are told. He will remain at Marengo we are told.
Richmond (WI): Reggie Larsen is the new head coach at Richmond.
McDonald County (MO): McDonald County High School in Anderson, Mo., is currently seeking a knowledgeable and energetic varsity coach on the defensive side of the ball. Looking for a high character individual who is dedicated to developing young men on and off the field. We currently have teaching openings in PE, Sped, Art, Social Studies, and Sub positions. We also have 2 coaching openings at the junior high level. Delaware County Christian (PA): Delaware County Christian School is seeking assistant football coaches. Eligible candidates must fully align with the school’s mission, vision, and statement of faith. Full time employment may be available. Teaching openings are available in Spanish, English, Bible, Science, and Elementary. Concordia Prep (MD): Concordia Prep in Towson, Md., Looking for a game Aug 24/25. We are willing to host or travel. We are in the MIAA C Conference and have a roster of about 35.
Morengo (AL): After originally accepting the head coaching job at Monroe County HS (AL) earlier this week, sources tell FootballScoop Eberne Bernard Myrthil has decided to stay at Morengo.
St. Augustine (FL): St. Augustine HS is seeking freshmen wide receivers coach and Running backs coach. Substitute teaching is a possibility with Bachelor’s Degree. Interested coaches can contact jkremer@sahs.org.
