John's Creek (GA): Fort Pierce Central HS (FL) head coach, and former St. Thomas Aquinas (FL) defensive coordinator, Matt Helmerich has accepted the head coaching job.

Rule changes coming to HS football: The NFHS wants to ban blindside blocks and pop-up onside kicks

Sparkman (AL): Tanner (AL) HS head coach Laron White has left for the head coaching job at Sparkman HS.

Liberty (VA): Liberty HS in Bedford, VA has an opening for an assistant coach, with a possible Defensive Coordinator spot available. Liberty is a 3A school with a proud football tradition, including 129 wins and a State Championship since the year 2000. Qualified candidates must have a strong character, and be focused on helping young men become successful members of society. Kennedy Catholic (Somers, NY): Kennedy Catholic HSis seeking a defensive assistant coach, possible coordinator duties. Candidate has to have experience at the Varsity level and be efficient with HUDL. Schedule includes a travel game to Sarasota, Florida. Cy Falls (TX): Defensive coordinator Chris Brister has been named head coach at Cy Falls HS. He replaces Kirk Eaton who was named associate director of athletics.

Osbourn (VA): Osbourn HS, located in Manassas City and they currently have the following varsity offensive positions open: offensive coordinator, quarterback, running backs, wide receivers, and offensive line. Positions are full stipend and we will have teaching positions available. The successful candidate(s) must possess previous college playing and coaching experience. Carver-Montgomery (AL): Willie Spears is the new head coach. Spears is the former head coach at Escambia HS (FL) and, most recently, Vernon HS (FL).

Celebration (FL): Head coach Joel Smeenge has resigned at Celebration HS.

Atlantic (Port Orange, FL): Atlantic HS is accepting applications for our defensive coordinator position. The position will be a full time (with benefits) teaching position (subject flexible). Applicants must have a bachelors degree. Teaching certification and/or Masters Degree encouraged. Applicants must be available to start by April 1st. Zumwalt South (MO): Adam Hamilton has been tabbed to lead the program, per source.

Tallahassee-Chiles (FL): Per source,Sebastian River HS (FL) head coach Kevin Pettis has taken the head coaching position.

Jack Britt (NC): Brian Randolph is going to be the new head coach, per source.

Phillip O. Berry (NC): Phillip O. Berry HS is seeking assistant football coaches on the varsity level Including Defensive Backs and Linebackers coach. Stipends will be available for both positions. Brookfield (MO): Head coach Nile Thudium has resigned.

Kennett (MO): Head coach Arlen Pixley has resigned to become the athletic director for the Dexter School District (MO).

Concordia Prep (MD): Concordia Prep has openings for Varsity assistant coaches. We have an offensive line opening but possible other positions. We are looking for assistants that are loyal, willing to work hard, possess great energy, have a willingness to learn, and have high character. Responsibilities include coaching the position group, teaching fundamentals, opponent scouting, and video editing (Hudl), scouting reports, and other duties as assigned by the head coach and / or offensive / defensive coordinator. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, and in a positive manner with student athletes, coaching staff and our administration. This is a possible stipend position based on candidates experience.
