Pearland (TX): Head coach Tony Heath is retiring after 20 seasons.

USA Football: USA Football is looking for high-energy and impactful coaches and speakers looking to share their strategies and unique insights with National Conference attendees. This year's National Conference will take place from January 26-28, 2018 at the Pro Bowl in Orlando, Florida. Your proposal will be reviewed by USA Football staff and education advisory volunteers. Applications are due August 30, 2017. Individuals are encouraged to submit several proposals as this presents a broader range for our selection and a higher likelihood that one of your topics will make it to final selection.


St. Augustine (FL): St. Augustine HS is seeking assistant coaches, primarily to coach Wide Receivers or Defensive Backs. We have openings now in Math and English, and will likely have openings in Science and Social Studies very soon. West Montgomery (NC): West Montgomery HS is looking for coaches on both sides of the ball. We have openings in Middle school social studies and other possible openings to be announced. You must be eligible to receive a teaching license in North Carolina. Ottumwa (IA): Ottumwa HS in Southeast Iowa is looking for energetic and qualified applicants to fill 4 assistant coach openings ASAP. Two will be at the high school level, working primarily with our Sophomore/JV level but with Varsity position-coaching responsibilities, and two will be at the Middle School level. We are a 4A high school that serves about 1300 students, with most of our competition being in the Des Moines, Iowa City, and Cedar Rapids areas. One high school position requires experience or expertise with an Offensive skill positions and would most likely include play-calling duties for the Sophomore/JV team. For the other, experience or expertise with Defensive Backs is preferred, as this position would also be considered our varsity DB's coach. At the middle school level, we can go with whatever fits best with the current staff. Teaching opportunities include: 1 Elementary PE, 1 High School English, 1 Middle School English/Language Arts, 1 long-term Substitute teacher. St. Martin's Episcopal (LA): For the upcoming season, longtime college assistant John McDonell has agreed to serve as interim head coach. St. Martin's has also reached agreement with Fort Worth Country Day head coach Frank Gendusa to serve as head coach beginning with the 2018 season. Before taking over as FWCD head coach in 2005, Gendusa had coached at Isidore Newman HS (New Orleans) for 25 years.

Elberta (AL): Elberta HS is a new high school in Baldwin County. We will open in the Fall with grades 7-8-9. We are currently have multiple coaching positions available: asst. football, head girls volleyball, boys and girls basketball, head girls softball, baseball, and other sports. Some We are located 15 minutes north of the Gulf Shores, Alabama and 15 minutes from the Florida state line. The school will add a grade each year until we are a full 7-12 high school. McCracken (KY):McCracken Co. (KY) in Paducah, KY is hosting a 7on7 tournament in both a varsity and JV/Freshmen Tournament on July 15thand would love to have your team participate in it too. We will have 16 varsity teams and 12 JV/Freshmen Teams from 5 different states and would put you in pool play with no other teams in your state so you can face teams you will not see in your season.
