Canyon Springs (CA): Per source, Howard Boyd has taken over the head coaching position.

McLane (CA): Former Fresno State wide receiver Brian Roberson has been named head coach.

Wasco (CA): JV coach Rowland has been promoted to head coach, per source.

Minarets (CA): McLane HS assistant Becher Marr has been tabbed as the new head coach.

Fowler (CA): Offensive coordinator Raul Diaz has been promoted to head coach.

Monroe Area (GA): Monroe Area HS is seeking final two assistant coaching positions. Possible OC available to the right candidate. Must hold a valid Teaching Certificate (no temporary cert). Riverside Poly (CA): Longtime high school and college coach Derek Dewitt will be the new head coach, per sources.

West Blocton (AL): West Blocton HS has assistant coaches and other coaching duties available. Junior High, JV and Varsity openings. Contact Coach Eric Hiott at hiotte@bibbed.org if interested.

South Creek (NC): South Creek High School (NC) is looking for assistant coaches on both sides of the ball. We anticipate openings in several subjects except for PE. Anyone interested please send a cover letter and resume to head coach Will Harrell at wharrell@martin.k12.nc.us.

NEW: How Top NCAA Coaches Develop Their Players X&O Labs – Set out to research the process behind what successful coaches are doing on a yearly basis to develop their student-athletes with a constant focus on the process that is endured in order for players to reach their ultimate potential. X&O Labs studied 12 coaches, at all levels of collegiate ball, to ask them what they do-starting now in the off-season-to get their teams to peak at their highest level when their highest level is needed. The research is segmented into four cases: off-season mental development, off-season physical development, in-season mental development and off-season mental development. The contributors to this study had a combined win percentage of .734 including 47 division championships and three national titles all within the last three seasons. La Jolla Country Day (CA): Former La Jolla HS (CA) assistant Tyler Roach has taken over as the Varsity defensive coordinator at La Jolla Country Day. He will also work with the offensive and defensive line.

Ravenswood (TN): Ravenwood HS is looking for assistant football coaches. Faculty or non faculty positions will be considered. If interested please send your resume to the head coach Richie Wessman at Richard.Wessman@wcs.edu. No PE will be considered.

South Creek (NC): Will Harrell has been hired as the program's new head coach.

Trinity (Camp Hill, PA): Trinity HS is looking for defensive assistants (defensive line and assistant defensive backs). No teaching positions available. We are looking for highly motivated candidates preferably with college playing experience. Looking to fill positions quickly to assist in off-season conditioning. Atlantic (Daytona Beach, FL): Atlantic HS is currently looking for defensive football coaches. Interested coaches should be accountable and responsible individuals that possess coaching experience, are willing to break down film, as well as work within the offseason programs. Defensive Coordinator position may be available for the right candidate. Available teaching positions in the fall for coaches certified in Science and Social Studies.
