Pedro Menendez (FL): Pedro Menendez high school, 5A in St. Augustine Florida is looking for assistant football coaches for next year on both sides of the ball. Menendez finished 8-3 and had the school's first post season win this year. Specific areas of need include, WR, DL and DB. All certification areas will be considered but will not know teaching positions until the end of the school year. If interested please email Coach Turner at

Centerville (OH): Ron Ullery has been let go after 37 seasons with the program, including 14 as the head coach.

Toombs (GA): We hear the head coaching job is open.

Altus (OK): Sources tell us that Altus HS, a 5A program, is looking for a new head coach.

Mantachie (MS): Head coach Lynn Moore has resigned. Assistant coach TJ Seago has been promoted to the head coaching position.

Badin (OH): Badin HS is seeking applicants for their head strength position in charge of 22 varsity sports. Bachelors degree required, certification in CSCCa or CSCS preferred. Grant (IL): Head coach Kurt Rous has decided to step down after eight seasons leading the program.

Madison West (WI): Greg Valaskey has stepped down from the head coaching job.

Clarkston (WA): Head coach Dave Curtis has submitted his letter or resignation, effective immediately. Curtis has been the head coach at Clarkston HS for 28 seasons.

Watford City (ND): After 42 years, and nine state titles, head coach Fred Fridley is stepping down. Fridley compiled a 321-103 record and coached more than 100 all state players.

Palo Alto (CA): After a total of 26 seasons on the sideline, head coach Earl Hansen has decided to retire and spend more time with his family.

Broken Arrow (OK): Steve Spavital is stepping down from the head coaching job after seven seasons, citing health reasons.

Gateway (PA): Head coach Donnie Militzer will not return next season.

Waldron (AR): Head coach Shane Davis has resigned.
