Leuzinger HS (CA): Reggie Grant accepted the head coaching job at Leuzinger HS.

Fernley HS (NV): Jeff Knutson has stepped down as head coach, but will remain at the school. Knutson will serve as an assistant principal and athletic administrator.

North Cross School (VA): Stephen Alexander is the new head coach at North Cross School.

Tazewell HS: Bobby Wyatt has resigned as head coach.

Vernon HS (TX): Portales HS head coach Andy Correll has accepted the head coaching job at Vernon HS.

Lake Washington HS (WA): Ray Roberts has stepped down as head coach. George Crowder is the AD.

Jones Senior HS (NC): Coach Hampton has stepped down. John Davis is expected to be named head coach.
