Brandon Maye is the type of alum you want to bring back to talk to your team. Maye played four years of football at Clemson, during that time he led all ACC freshman in tackles and went on to earn his degree before transferring to Mississippi State to play his final season.
Since his playing days have ended, Maye has found his niche as a motivational speaker, and I don't say that lightly. He's good...really good.
During fall camp, Dabo Swinney brought Maye in to speak to the team and provide some inspiration. When Maye left, Dabo noted that "many of the players thought Brandon was the best motivational speaker that they've ever heard in person."
Lucky for us, Maye tweeted a video of that talk to Kirk Herbstreit, who has since passed the message on to his Twitter followers.
The message he shares is something that should be distributed to your staff, players, and entire athletic department. This is some really good stuff.
