Video: Missouri details how they fuel players during a prolonged bowl trip (Missouri)

As the video from Oklahoma State detailed yesterday, taking a facility on the road for the bowl trip is no easy task. It takes a ton of work.

Along with bringing along the weight room, training room, and building a makeshift players lounge, players also have to get the proper fuel in their bodies to be able to compete at the level that is expected of them, and that takes a lot of food.

Here, Missouri director of Sports Nutrition Jana Heitmeyer details how they keep the players properly fed and hydrated while on the road for an extended period of time.

How much food is that exactly? Heitmeyer says that they packed up about 75 boxes worth of familiar food and snacks for the trip, and that doesn't include the meals they're catering in.

This looks like no easy task.
