2014 Coaches of the Year

FootballScoop is happy to open the process for selecting the 2014 Coaches of the Year, presented by ProGrass. This will be the seventh season for the awards. As in years past, prior winners will select this year's coaches of the year.

The process is as follows: nominations are now being accepted (Mail@FootballScoop.com, 225.229.3429 or via Twitter @FootballScoop) and will be accepted through Friday, November 21st. Thereafter, our staff will announce the finalists for each of our 17 awards. Previous winners of each award will select the current year winner. Winners will be announced beginning on Monday, December 8th.

A coach must be nominated by a fellow coach to be considered, so if there's a coach out there that you find deserving of recognition - on your current staff, on a staff you worked with in the past, or that you've coached against - let us know.

In your nomination please include any information you feel is relevant to support the nomination (little known facts and stories about the coach as a person are welcomed).

FootballScoop would like to extend our thanks and the thanks from tens of thousands of football coaches across the country to ProGrass for returning as the exclusive sponsor of these awards. You simply will not find better people or better products in the synthetic turf industry than Bob Thomas and his staff.

With hundreds of installations across the country, ProGrass is truly one of the preeminent names in the synthetic turf industry.
