Wheaton College (D-III - IL) head coach Mike Swider has built one of the most consistent small college programs in the country out in the Chicago suburbs, leading the Thunder program for the past 20 seasons. Heading into the 2015 season, Swider had compiled an impressive mark of 159-44, and they ended this past season with an 11-1 mark, and undefeated regular season, before losing to Wisconsin-Whitewater in the Division III Playoffs.
Tim Krause, the head coach at Nease HS (FL), tweeted out an interesting list of the 12 demands of coach Swider's program earlier today that caught my eye, and Swider expanded on them quite a bit in a podcast with

Swider, who spent 11 seasons at Wheaton as the assistant head coach and defensive coordinator before being promoted to the head spot, notes in the podcast that he shares these 12 demands with businesses around the country, and also during high school graduations and a variety of other events, and it has become a staple of his program and personal life, adding that each of them are relevant regardless of "who you are, where you are, or what you're doing."
