Michigan’s Jim Harbaugh invited Florida high school coaches to attend an open practice at IMG Academy later this week.
It was only a matter of time before an acting college head coach voiced his intent to poke his nose in and see what happens. It should come as no surprise that Bret Bielema was the first one to publicly entertain the idea via Twitter.
After early meetings & lift tomorrow with our players. Thinking about heading to watch an open practice tomorrow at IMG with the staff. #WPS

If Bielema does in fact head down to Bradenton to check out Harbaugh’s practice, I am really hoping that the Being Bret Bielema cameras are in tow to document the tension.
In all seriousness, 1) I 100% hope that Bielema hops on a plane and heads down there, and 2) it will be really interesting to see how the situation is handled if/when other coaches show up to do the same.
Looks like Mark Dantonio will be in the area as well…

According to ESPN’s Andrea Adelson, IMG security will allow Bielema and any other coach that shows up, to sit with the high school coaches and observe away.
Asked IMG staff what happens if other coaches show up to Mich practice Fri. They can sit in stands w/everyone else. https://t.co/o0VHRBIkCL
