The College Football Playoff on Thursday announced that it has set its schedule rotation through the 2025 season, which will be the end of the Playoff’s original 12-year contract.

After the New Year’s Eve fiasco of the 2015 season, the CFP has moved its semifinals off of Dec. 31 unless it happens to fall on a Friday or a Saturday, as it did in 2016. In such years, the semifinals will be on the Saturday before New Year’s Eve.

The Rose and Sugar bowls will remain on New Year’s Day regardless of whether or not they are hosting semifinal games in a given year. The four other games — Orange, Peach, Cotton and Fiesta — will rotate anywhere from Dec. 27 to Jan. 2, depending on how the schedule happens to fall in a given year.

Here is how the schedule will work through the end of the CFP’s contract.
