Combining the Air Raid with power run schemes with Matt Allen of Alta Vista HS (VA)

Matt Allen, the former head coach at Chatham HS (VA), joined us this afternoon on the Online Clinic.

Now the offensive line coach at Altavista HS (VA), Allen shares with us how he adapted some popular schemes to better fit his players at the small school level. He did that by taking some Air Raid and power run staples and tweaking them to better fit his personnel.

Allen also shares some important perspective he learned after being named a head coach at 24 years old that he wanted to pass along.
