Since taking over the Ole Miss baseball program in 2000, head coach Mike Bianco has built one of the premier college baseball programs in the country, leading the team to 13 postseason appearances in 15 seasons, five Super Regional appearances the last 11 years, and a shot at the College World Series in 2014.
During the time, Bianco has shared more than a few motivational talks with his guys, and this one has been making it's way around social media because of the powerful message it has and its ability to connect with literally everyone from athletes, to friends and fathers, sons, brothers, sisters, and mothers.
The story starts with an overweight father, and his daughter who desperately needed a transplant, and I'll let coach Bianco take it from there.
