Curt Cignetti on how he's selling his vision at Indiana to recruits: It's simple. Google me. (Google)

If it wasn't already evident from his brief introduction to the Hoosier basketball faithful a few weeks back, new Indiana head coach Curt Cignetti does not have a lack of confidence.

If you need a refresher, to a packed house at iconic Assembly Hall, Cignetti boldly declared that he's never taken a backseat to anyone in his life, and he doesn't plan to start doing it in Bloomington before adding "Purdue sucks...but so does Michigan and Ohio State."

The comment got an already raucous crowd even more fired up.

Today, at his early signing day press conference where the Hoosiers inked 31 players (announcing all but seven of them who are via the transfer portal and will play in bowl games).

When he was asked how he sold the culture where Indiana football is heading under his leadership, Cignetti sought some clarificiation before responding.

"It's pretty simple. I win. Google me."

Indiana hasn't won a game yet under Cignetti, but man are things immediately a whole lot more interesting in Bloomington already.

Here's to hoping all that translates to wins like everywhere else Cignetti has been.
