First Grand Valley did it with a simple graphic, now Hope College, a small D-III school in Holland, MI has followed a similar template by making a powerful statement with a simple graphic.
The staff at Hope hits the recruiting trail as hard as any small college staff in the Midwest looking for talented, high character kids to don the blue and orange. And as the graphic shows, they've done a heck of a job this year locking up some of the top talent in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and Wisconsin and their reach nationally extends into Texas and Nevada.
I could recap some of the more impressive aspects of their recruiting class, but I think the graphic speaks for itself. This is a great example of a graphic that probably cost them nothing to make, but it sends a very clear statement to both recruits, and other small college programs they compete with for prospective student-athletes.
