Here is one thing from the off season that we can all learn from first-year BYU head coach Kalani Sitake

The best thing that a new head coach can do after joining a new program is find ways to connect with the students, campus, and fan base. Some things, like getting introduced at a basketball game, are rather ordinary..while others are pretty out of the box.

New BYU head coach Kalani Sitake certainly understands that last part, as this clip of him in the student section during BYU's NIT tournament run shows.

The list of other FBS head coaches that would not only find themselves a seat in the student section, but also dance like no one is watching, is incredibly short. And Sitake is living clearly living it up and embracing his new role.

Kalani is bringing a new style to BYU, in more ways than one.
