How do you recognize when you've built a successful culture?

Western Michigan's PJ Fleck shared an interesting nugget during his bowl game presser that will interest a lot of coaches, regardless of sport.

Every new head coach and staff are tasked with creating a culture and vision for their program. At Western Michigan, Fleck and his staff have done exactly that in their three seasons in Kalamazoo.

At his bowl presser, Fleck was asked about how people can recognize. His answer pointed to how he recognized that the culture was changing at WMU, and how you can recognize it within your program as well.

"When your best players are your hardest workers, you start to have a culture."

Keep those words in mind during your off season approach.
