Modeling training, and specifically practice around the central nervous system with a focus on speed has been a trend on the rise the past few seasons.
Today, Villanova (FCS - PA) head strength and conditioning coach Michael Tucker joined us to share how they have designed their summer speed program, and how they model practice around the central nervous system for team speed and overall team health.
