Joining us today to talk some defensive ball is Nauset HS (MA) defensive coordinator Jerry Gordon.
Gordon shared with us some tips on installing and drilling split field coverages, how they've set up their in-season practices, and how they've been using Zoom for a few years now to meet as a staff.
A few other things worth noting:
- Why Gordon believes that there is limited value in having all of your second-string players on the field at once
- Why you shouldn't spot the ball directly on a hash or five-yard line
