Michigan becomes the first Jordan brand program in college football

It all started with a phone call from Michael Jordan to Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh, and now the Wolverines will officially be the first college football program to wear the Jumpman logo.

Yesterday, Jordan made it official with a short video announcement. So now the Wolverines get the Nike brand recognition and quality, with the additional draw of being Jordan's first college football program.

This is something that recruits are really going to love, and now fans everywhere are looking forward to seeing Michigan's new Nike uniforms more than ever, as soon as that contract with Adidas ends, and Nike's turn begins.
