Kansas State is scrapping their traditional gray for another color in new alternate unis
For as far back as most of us can likely remember, Kansas State has donned the purple tops and gray bottoms and gray lids for their home games. It has been a tried and true staple.
Well this weekend's tilt with Baylor will be a bit different for Chris Klieman's Wildcats.
Gone is the gray on the pants and helmets, and replacing it is white. For what it's worth, the official Kansas State colors are purple, white, black, and gray, so white is certainly in their branding identity.
Traditionalist fans may not like it, but the new look is clean, and something just a bit different that seems to have the team extra excited for a game with major Big 12 implications. See the team's reaction below.
