Before we go any further, we must consider the source. It's Keyshawn Johnson, on America's worst television program, citing an anonymous source, who cited another anonymous source, who presumably spoke with "some people" who coach at Oregon. So, that's like fourth hand information we're getting here.
But the underlying point is interesting.
"I spoke to somebody in the coaching fraternity right after the game, and they know some people that coach at Oregon," Keyshawn Johnson said on FS1's Undisputed. "And they said, 'I've never heard from another assistant coach of how much information was being given to that staff."
That coaches trade information on opponents is the furthest thing from being news, but Keyshawn -- or Keyshawn's source's source's source -- claims the amount of information flowing to Oregon indicated a vendetta within the coaching community against Colorado.

Whether it's true or not is largely beside the point. Oregon led the game 35-0 at halftime and assuredly could have won 70-0 if they so desired.
Furthermore, it doesn't take Vince Lombardi to see Colorado overachieved to start 3-0 and its game plans did their best to paper over massive holes on the roster.
