Louisiana Monroe announced in late November that Terry Bowden would not return following a 2-10 season.
He leaves ULM after three seasons and a 10-26 mark with the Warhawks.
Overall, as a head coach at six different stops he went 185-140-2 overall.
Former UAB and New Mexico offensive coordinator Bryant Vincent was named the new head coach of the program before the first week of December wrapped up.
