LSU has a trick to make sure players stay hydrated and it's something your program can do

Keeping players properly hydrated during the long hot days of training camp (and the first few weeks of the season especially) is an obstacle that every coaching staff in the country encounters, from the youth level, to high school programs, all the way up to major college and NFL programs.

At LSU, the Sports Nutrition folks have devised a plan to keep their players hydrated...and all it takes is three simple ingredients; some water, a gallon jug, and a permanent marker.

It's so simple you're going to kick yourself for not thinking of it.
