Heading into a critical year three with the Seminoles this past fall, Mike Norvell led the program to an impressive 10-3 campaign.
That success has brought a new and improved contract.
Florida State announced today that Norvell and the school have agreed to a new contract.
The new deal extends him through 2029, and pays averages just over $8 million per year.
Norvell initially signed a six-year deal worth $4.42 million on average annually before he inked a contract extension following the 2021 season that was set to take him through the 2026 season.
The Seminoles were coming off a 3-win season in 2020 followed by a five-win season in 2021 before their 10-win finish and Cheez-It Bowl win this past fall.
The successfuful campaign pushed his overall record to 18-16 overall in Tallahassee and 56-31 overall as a head coach when you factor in his four season run at Memphis.
