Tennessee has decided to part ways with head coach Mike Vrabel.
Vrabel took over the franchise in 2018 and immediately led them to four straight winning seasons.
They had back-to-back nine-win campaigns in 2018 and 2019 and then went 11-5 and 12-5 in 2020 and 2021.
He took home NFL Coach of the Year honors in February of 2022.
However, the past two seasons the Titans have finished multiple games under .500, going 7-10 in 2022 before a 6-11 finish this year.
The four-time Super Bowl champ as a player went 54-45 at his first head coaching opportunity.
Vrabel is widely expected to be one of the most sought after head coaching candidates this cycle, now that he's on the market.
